Upcoming visits:
My next visit will be to the Novitiate of Argentina, in the second half of July. I will be accompanied by Sonia Regina Rosa. And then I’ll go to Brazil. I will be accompanied by Teresa Pinto on this visit. I will be there at the assembly at the end of July and during the month of August.
In October and part of November, we want to go to the East, but we still do not have determined the places. I share the desire we have to move to different parts as we can get out.
From our calendar
In 2024 we will be in the preparation of the GC. XIX.
We will have to accept that we have less time, that visits can be done in another way. God will help us to discover his step in the circumstances that we have to live.
Teams at the international level
A team has already had its first meeting, with members from each of the provinces, to carry out the call for the union and articulation of educators who follow the educational style of M. Cándida.
Shortly we will present the youth and formation team.
The field of Communication is making its way and we are discovering and designing what most helps our communication in this time.
Other news
– From May 2 to 6 we will have the Assembly of the International Union of Major Superiors (UISG). The motto of the Assembly is “Embracing Vulnerability on the Synodal Path”. We are about 600 superiors general in person and about 200 who will be online.
– We thank the Lord for the entry of the three Dominican novices on Easter Sunday in Cordoba. We all commit ourselves to pray for them and for the young women in initial formation, to offer them the best for their formation as Daughters of Jesus. Recently we remembered them at the party of Mª Antonia Bandrés.
