It means &#8220;busy!!!!\u201d\uff08\u5fd9\u3057\u3044\uff09\u3002It is derived from two major Japanese characters:\u201c\u5fc3\u201d(heart) and \u201c\u6b7b\u201d\uff08death).\u00a0 <br \/>&#8220;In our \u2018busyness\u2019 the heart can die!\u201d said Sr. Yoli Brandolin, one of the members of the Formation Team of Akenohoshi Pre-School. \u201cSo we are invited to &#8216;rest\u2019 for a while and like \u2018children\u2019 learn from Jesusfor His \u2018yoke is easy\u2019 and His \u201cburden is light\u2019\u201d (Mtt. 11:25-30). Such was the \u201cMood Setting\u201d for our formation activity held July 24 for fulltime teachers after a hectic first semester in the Japanese school calendar.<br \/>After watching a short video entitled, \u201cThe Potter\u201d, a beautiful allegory on pedagogy, the teachers once again reviewed our document \u201cThe F.I. Way of Educating\u201d. This time they focused more on the chapters \u201cOur Educative Style\u201d and \u201cAgents of Education\u201d.\u00a0 The points for reflection were the following: Which do I believe am already living out? Which do I find difficult? What needs improvement or strengthening? Afterwards, there was small and big group sharing.<br \/>\u201cI believe that the children and their parents like the warm and joyful atmosphere in the Pre-School.\u201d<br \/>\u201cThe children feel they are loved individually and know God loves them.\u201d<br \/>\u201cEach teacher do have the heart and the spirit of Mother Candida. We are busy but joyful in work.\u201d<br \/>\u201cThe difference of the attitudes and behavior of our graduates from other Pre-Schools are seen when they move to the elementary level.\u201d<br \/>\u201cThe difficulty is that the atmosphere in the home is different.\u201d<br \/>\u201cAm concerned how to sustain their prayer life after they leave the school.\u201d<br \/>\u201cAt the end of the day it is good to evaluate ourselves on the points given.<br \/>\u201cIt is good to involve the part-time teachers and parents too in this formation activity.\u201d<br \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pull-center size-full wp-image-9038\" src=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/isogashii2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1023\" height=\"767\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/isogashii2.jpg 1023w, https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/isogashii2-980x735.jpg 980w, https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/isogashii2-480x360.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1023px, 100vw\" \/>It was my first time to join the formation activity of the teachers of Akenohoshi, now our only Pre&#8211;School in Japan. Seated in the chapel with them for the culminating activity, I felt deeply consoled as I thanked the Lord for three things: First, for all the sisters who had \u201clabored\u201d hard in this educative mission the past sixty three years. Thanks to their dedication, the charism of Mother Foundress and our way of educating continue to be alive, dynamic and enculturated.\u00a0 Second, for each of the teachers we have at present. They are Buddhists and Shintoists but like us, they too were called by the Lord to collaborate in His mission. The two who are Catholics are like \u201cyeast\u201d in their midst. Their great love for God, Mother Foundress and the Congregation are very evident and this is great witnessing to the others. Third, for the Formation Team comprising of both sisters and lay. I value the contribution of each one to the work entrusted to us since last year.
