The 22 countries where we are present\u00a0\u00a0in Latin America, Africa and Europe have participated.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Ya en 2004 hab\u00edamos acogido otro Congreso,  pero en estos 14 a\u00f1os este Movimiento de Educaci\u00f3n Popular ha crecido notoriamente en muchos otros pa\u00edses y en n\u00famero de las personas a quienes llegamos.\">We had already hosted another Congress in 2004, but in these last 14 years this Popular Education Movement has grown notoriously in many other countries and in the number of the people we have reached.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"El viernes fue el d\u00eda dedicado a los j\u00f3venes,  mediante a Red Solidaria de los mismos y el grupo llamado Generaci\u00f3n 21;\">Friday was the day dedicated to young people, through the Solidarity Network of the same and the group called Generation 21;\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"hicieron un acto de calle por el Barrio de Ventilla y terminaron plantando un \u00e1rbol en un barrio urbano de la Avda. de Asturias.\">they made a street act in the neighborhood of Ventilla and ended up planting a tree in an urban neighborhood of Avda. de Asturias.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"El s\u00e1bado abri\u00f3 el Congreso como tal Arturo Sosa,  superior general de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Jes\u00fas,  quien nos dej\u00f3 un mensaje de gran hondura y significatividad para FyA del que seguiremos bebiendo porque nos revitalizar\u00e1 mucho.\">Saturday saw the opening of the Congress as such. Arturo Sosa, Superior General of the Society of Jesus, left us a message of great depth and significance for FyA that we will continue taking in because it will revitalize us a lot.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"\u201cFe y Alegr\u00eda es tambi\u00e9n un gran desaf\u00edo y una enorme responsabilidad compartida.\">\u201cFe y Alegr\u00eda is also a great challenge and a huge shared responsibility.\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"Su historia e identidad la empujan a no detenerse sino aceptar el reto de ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de sus propios logros porque sabe que lo mucho que se ha hecho es m\u00e1s bien poco en relaci\u00f3n a lo que se puede hacer para seguir abriendo oportunidades de educaci\u00f3n de calidad\">Her history and identity push her not to stop but accept the challenge of going beyond her own achievements, because she knows that the great work that has been accomplished is little in relation to what can be done to continue opening opportunities for quality education\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"a los millones de j\u00f3venes que a\u00fan no la tienen.\">to the millions of young people who do not have it yet.\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda V\u00e9laz siempre se atrevi\u00f3 a m\u00e1s\u201d,  nos dec\u00eda Arturo.\">Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda V\u00e9laz always dared more,<\/span>\u201d Arturo told us.<\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Despu\u00e9s otros compa\u00f1eros  y compa\u00f1eras,  de nuestro pa\u00eds y de fuera nos fueron acercando a las diversas fronteras:  existenciales,  geogrficas, de g\u00e9nero, digitales,  intergeneracionales,  ecol\u00f3gicas \u2026sin olvidarnos de las fronteras interiores,  del silencio y la reflexi\u00f3n,  de pasar del individualismo\">Then other colleagues, from our country and from abroad, brought us closer to the different frontiers: existential, geographical, gender, digital, intergenerational, ecological &#8230; without forgetting the internal borders, silence and reflection, passing from individualism<\/span><span title=\"a la solidaridad y de la superficialidad a la profundidad, hasta escuchar el sonido del silencio.\">to solidarity and from superficiality to the profound, to listen to the sound of silence.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"La eucarist\u00eda del s\u00e1bado tarde nos dio ocasi\u00f3n de seguir agradeciendo y ofreciendo todo lo que fuimos viviendo y el camino que se nos abre a partir de ahora, con un impulso renovado.\">The Eucharist on Saturday afternoon gave us the opportunity to continue being thankful and offering all that we were living and the path that opens before us from now on, with a renewed impulse.\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"El domingo por la ma\u00f1ana  en grupos recogimos las ideas-fuerza de este Congreso y pusimos el broche final con un grupo de j\u00f3venes de la Escuela de M\u00fasica,  de Salamanca,  que con sus sonidos y canciones nos acercaron a Africa.\">On Sunday morning in groups we gathered the ideas-strength of this Congress and put the finishing touch with a group of young people from the School of Music, Salamanca, who with their sounds and songs brought us to Africa.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"Todav\u00eda el lunes tuvo lugar en el Palacio de Cibeles,  en Madrid,  una acto institucional en torno al lema, con relevantes figuras de diversos campos de nuestra sociedad que fueron confluyendo en seguir apostando por el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n como primer derecho para qie se sigan\">Then on Monday, an institutional act around the motto took place at the Palacio de Cibeles, in Madrid, with relevant figures from various fields of our society who came together to continue opting for the right to education as the first right to be followed\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"otros m\u00e1s en favor de todas las personas.\">by others more in favor of all people.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"No falt\u00f3 la noche de fiesta iniciada por el Gran Chiky,  un mago que nos regal\u00f3 un buen rato de risas y admiraci\u00f3n ante sus juegos,  seguido por un animado baile donde se compart\u00edan productos de los diversos lugares y en el que segu\u00edamos expresando la alegr\u00eda del\">There was of course the evening party opened by the Great Chiky, a magician who gave us a good time of laughter and admiration at his games, followed by a lively dance where products from different places were shared and in which we continued to express the joy of the\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"re-encuentro en FyA como gran familia.\">re-encounter in FyA as a great family.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span title=\"En mi opini\u00f3n este Congreso,  -y ya he acudido a bastantes- ha marcado un punto de inflexi\u00f3n,  me atrevo a decir,  en la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional y en especial a Entreculturas;\">In my opinion, this Congress, and I have already gone to many, has marked a turning point, I dare say, in the International Federation and especially Entreculturas.\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"ha sido inmenso el trabajo de preparar y organizar todo,  pero ha merecido la pena.\">The work of preparing and organizing everything has been immense, but it has been worth it.\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"Las diversas miradas de dentro y de fuera sobre FyA nos han abierto horizontes amplios que nos confirmar en el sentido y misi\u00f3n de este Movimiento de Educaci\u00f3n Popular,  la misi\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas,  como tambi\u00e9n nos recordaba Arturo.\">The diverse perspectives of FyA, both from inside and outside, have opened wide horizons to us, confirming us in the sense and mission of this Popular Education Movement, the\u00a0mission of Jesus, as Arturo also reminded us.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN\">This Congress has made much use of media, supported by our communication teams with the unsurpassed help of the computer specialists present at all times;\u00a0<\/span><span title=\"hemos disfrutado la sabidur\u00eda de muchos compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras,  con la frescura y energ\u00eda vital de los j\u00f3venes,  hemos tenido momentos y mensajes de densidad intelectual y hemos visitado el futuro con la audacia del P. V\u00e9laz sj.\">we have enjoyed the wisdom of many companions, with the freshness and vital energy of young people. We have had solidly intellectual moments and messages and we have visited the future with the audacity of Fr.
