Today we began, as every day, with the Eucharist at 7.30, accompanied by Juan Carlos Saavedra, Superior General of the Mercedarians. We have continued the process of discernment that we started on Saturday which is helping us to listen to God’s will for us, the Hijas de \u00a0Jesus, in today’s world.<\/p>\n

Personal prayer, sharing in groups, assembly, resonances and doing it all over again is the dynamic we are in these days.<\/p>\n

And we want the atmosphere of discernment to be the one that sets the tone of the work that we have left to do. Therefore, we continue to ask you to accompany us with your prayers so that we may all be looking for what the Lord is calling us today.<\/p>\n

We ended with a time of shared prayer in the chapel. Doing the examen of the day, accompanied, in community, helps us to keep journeying together. From the resonances of Jesus’ encounter with the Samaritan woman, we present our desire to drink from the living water, we thank the Lord for the patience He has in waiting so long and we listen to Him as He says to us: “I am thirsty”.<\/p>\n

From those resonances … we continue. But tomorrow we will have a rest day … that everything is not work. We will go to Villa Lante in Bagnaina and to the Farnese Palace in Caprarola in the province of Viterbo. We will enjoy and we will have you present with us.<\/p>\n

We do not want to say goodbye without letting you know that Graciela Francovig is already in her \u201cnew space\u201d: we left her at her desk with her \u00a0showing us the crucifix that Mother Candida always carried with her and with whom she gave the blessing.<\/p>\n
