On July 28, the Superior General, Graciela Francovig, landed in Brazil to carry out the canonical visit that the Constitutions indicate in its article 232: “It will also help to visit the sisters and communities where they live and work, at least once every six years. .. “. The Provincial Superior, S\u00f4nia Mar\u00eda Soares da Rocha, accompanied by the sisters who live in Brazil, received Graciela with an affectionate and lively welcome at Casa Sant\u00edssima Trindade\/Belo Horizonte<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Graciela was elected Superior General of the XVIII General Congregation in 2019, since then, it is the first visit she has made to Brazil due to the pandemic.<\/p>\n

The trip includes visits to the communities, schools and social works of Belo Horizonte, Montes Claros, Leopoldina, Rio de Janeiro, Bragan\u00e7a Paulista, Campinas and Mogi Mirim.<\/p>\n

On July 29, the Daughters of Jesus of the Region of Brazil met in the Assembly. The meeting brought together sisters from different realities where the Congregation is present and carries out its mission in this country. She was joined by the Superior General and one of her counselors, S\u00f4nia Regina Rosa.<\/p>\n

During the second day of the Assembly, Graciela shared a few words in what she called a family conversation: “rejuvenate the enthusiasm to follow Jesus, as a missionary body in Brazil.”<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, on July 30, the Eucharistic Celebration was held in Thanksgiving for the closing of the Assembly.<\/p>\n

On July 31 they celebrated the day of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, the birthday of Sr. Odette Bechara and our Superior General with a Eucharistic celebration in the chapel of the Casa de la Sant\u00edsima Trinidade\/B. Horizon.<\/p>\n

Right after, as the Mother Candida Family, they fraternized with a special lunch.<\/p>\n

On August 2 and 3, the sisters of the Northeast community lived the experience of meeting Graciela. It was a very profound moment of sharing life and dreaming together to continue trying to be the presence of God in the concrete reality of the Northeast.<\/p>\n

El<\/span> 28 de julio<\/b> la Superiora General, Graciela Francovig<\/em><\/strong>, aterriz\u00f3 en Brasil para realizar la visita can\u00f3nica que se\u00f1alan las Constituciones en su art\u00edculo 232:\u00a0<\/span>“Tambi\u00e9n ayudar\u00e1 visitar a las hermanas y comunidades donde viven y trabajan<\/strong>, al menos una vez cada seis a\u00f1os… “. La Superiora Provincial, S\u00f4nia Mar\u00eda Soares da Rocha<\/strong><\/em>, acompa\u00f1ada de las hermanas que viven en Brasil, recibi\u00f3 a Graciela con una afectuosa y animada bienvenida en Casa Sant\u00edssima Trindade\/Belo Horizonte.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Graciela fue elegida Superiora General de la Congregaci\u00f3n General XVIII en el a\u00f1o 2019, desde entonces, es la primera visita que hace a Brasil<\/strong> debido a la pandemia.<\/span><\/p>\n

El viaje incluye visitas a las comunidades, escuelas y obras sociales<\/strong> de Belo Horizonte, Montes Claros, Leopoldina, R\u00edo de Janeiro, Bragan\u00e7a Paulista, Campinas y Mogi Mirim.<\/span><\/p>\n

El<\/span> 29 de julio <\/b>las Hijas de Jes\u00fas de la Regi\u00f3n de Brasil se reunieron en la Asamblea<\/strong>. El encuentro reuni\u00f3 a las hermanas de diferentes realidades donde la Congregaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 presente y realiza su misi\u00f3n en este pa\u00eds. A ella se unieron la\u00a0Superiora General\u00a0y una de sus consejeras, S\u00f4nia Regina Rosa<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante el segundo d\u00eda de la Asamblea, Graciela<\/em> <\/strong>comparti\u00f3 unas palabras en lo que ella llam\u00f3 una conversaci\u00f3n familiar: “rejuvenecer el entusiasmo por seguir a Jes\u00fas, como cuerpo misionero en Brasil”.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Al finalizar la jornada el <\/span>30 de julio<\/b> se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Celebraci\u00f3n Eucar\u00edstica en Acci\u00f3n de Gracias por el cierre de la Asamblea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

El <\/span>31 de julio<\/b> celebraron el d\u00eda de San Ignacio de Loyola, el cumplea\u00f1os de la H. Odette Bechara<\/strong><\/em> y de nuestra Superiora General con una celebraci\u00f3n eucar\u00edstica en la capilla de la Casa de la Sant\u00edsima Trinidade \/B. Horizonte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Justo despu\u00e9s, como la Familia Madre C\u00e1ndida, fraternizaron con un almuerzo especial.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los d\u00edas <\/span>2 y 3 de agosto<\/b>, las hermanas de la comunidad del Noreste vivieron la experiencia de conocer a Graciela.\u00a0<\/span>Fue un momento muy profundo de compartir la vida y de so\u00f1ar juntas para seguir tratando de ser presencia de Dios en la realidad concreta del Noreste.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
