The Province of Indio-Pacific celebrated its Provincial Congregation (PC) from December 18-26, 2024. We learned the names of the Daughters of Jesus who will participate as electors in the next General Congregation<\/a>, the 19th celebrated by the Congregation in its 153-year history, but have you read about those days? Now you have the opportunity to do so on the Province’s website. Don’t miss any details and take note of the family atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n

They start preparing their people one month before the start of the COP. For the important things it is necessary to prepare in time. <\/p>\n\n

November 16, 2024: COP Preparatory Committee<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 6: The countdown begins on the road to COP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 7: Walking together towards the big day<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 8: We continue walking together towards the COP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 9: Walking together in unity towards the COP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 10: Strengthening together our steps towards the COP.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

December 11: Deepening our spirit of synodality as we approach the COP.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

December 12: Intensifying our confidence on the road<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 13: With greater hope on the road<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 14: Rejoicing together on the road<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 15: Walking together with hearts full of gratitude<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 16: Preparing our hearts for the COP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

December 17: Last day of the countdown: preparation for the COP retreat.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

After the retreat, the Provincial Congregation begins and they leave a report of each day.<\/p>\n\n

Day One – A Spirit-filled beginning for the Provincial Congregation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Day 2 – A day to share a taste of Thailand<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Third day – A look at Indonesia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Fourth day – The congregants jump for joy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Fifth day – A day of deep study, reflection and reformulation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Day Six – A day of thanksgiving, fellowship and reflection<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Seventh day – Recognizing God’s grace<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Eighth day – Celebration of Christmas Day: a day of joy, reflection and preparation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Ninth day – The Provincial Congregation elects Delegates for the XIX General Congregation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Tenth day – The last day of the Provincial Congregation: a celebration of gratitude and fullness<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

So far, this is what happened at the COP. But, like all important events, the PC of the Indico-Pacifico also left its mark on people and, even after, the echoes of what was experienced continue to resound. These echoes are also recorded on the Province’s website. <\/p>\n\n
