After <strong>entering with Jesus<\/strong> on Palm <a href=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/en\/palm-sunday-enter-with-jesus\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/domingo-de-ramos-2026\/\">Sunday <\/a>, learning to <strong>love without calculation<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/en\/easter-monday-caring-with-gratuity\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/lunes-santo-2026\/\">Monday<\/a>, allowing ourselves to be transformed in the <strong>truth of the heart<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/en\/holy-tuesday-the-truth-of-the-heart\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/martes-santo-2026\/\">Tuesday<\/a>, recognizing the call to <strong>rebuild bonds<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/en\/holy-wednesday-when-love-is-sold\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/miercoles-santo-2026\/\">Wednesday <\/a>and discovering yesterday that<a href=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/en\/maundy-thursday-care-becomes-service\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/hijasdejesus.org\/jueves-santo-2026\/\"> <strong>to love is to serve<\/strong><\/a>today the path leads us to the profound silence of the cross. <\/p>\n\n<p>On the cross we contemplate a God who does not abandon human suffering. Jesus remains faithful to love even in darkness. He does not flee, he does not distance himself, he does not leave pain alone.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Even today, in our world, many people carry heavy crosses. And in the midst of this suffering, we believe that God is still present, that he <strong>does not shrink from human pain<\/strong>, that he continues to care for us even when all seems lost. <\/p>\n\n<p>Today we are invited to hold our gaze, not to pass by in the face of suffering, to remain.<\/p>\n\n<p>From this faith, we return to the heart of who we are: <strong>to believe that God is the Father who cares for all<\/strong> (GCXIX).<\/p>\n\n<p>And we ask ourselves:<br\/><strong>What pain of the world do I want to present to God today?<\/strong><strong><br\/><\/strong> <strong>What crosses of the world do I need to look straight ahead, without looking away?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Perhaps today&#8217;s gesture is simple and profound: to dedicate a moment to pray for those who suffer, giving a name and a face to so many wounded lives.<\/p>\n\n<p>And from there, we pray: <strong>Lord, teach us to take care of wounded life.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-9-16 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Viernes Santo | Dios cuida incluso en el dolor\" width=\"563\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/h1CSuKk9Kh0?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We continue to walk in this Holy Week.
