FI Youth: a pilgrimage of hope

Jul 15, 2025 | News, Young FI, Youth

On this journey of the Pilgrims of Hope Jubilee towards the Youth Jubilee 2025 in Rome, FI Youth have been preparing themselves from different parts of the world, adding their voices, their faith and their enthusiasm to this journey of hope.

As we shared in previous news, each province has organized moments of encounter, prayer, pilgrimage and reflection, both for those who will travel to Rome and for those who will live the Jubilee from their local communities, because “the first pilgrimage is always that of the heart”.

Starting today we will be sharing different videos that compile the experiences lived in each province. From the young people of Andean America, passing through the Caribbean, we will travel to Spain and continue to the provinces of the Indian Pacific and East Asia. In each video we will be able to see the creativity and diversity of ways in which this pilgrimage of hope has been lived.

The young people in each province, encouraged by their communities and vocational youth ministry teams, have lived:

  • Virtual and face-to-face youth meetings
  • Pilgrimages organized together with their dioceses and parishes.
  • Retreats and camps
  • Spaces for prayer and reflection on each month’s messages
  • And, above all, an interior process of preparing the heart to accept God’s call and to walk as pilgrims of hope.

We continue to share the road

We invite you to be attentive to discover during these days how the young people of FI lived this time of preparation. Each province with its own accent, but all united in the same Spirit and in the certainty that together, and with others, we are hope for the world.

Thank you FI youth for this testimony of joy, faith and commitment, we keep on walking!
