The Spirit urges us to prioritize

In the joint journey between the laity and the Daughters of Jesus, the following calls emerge that the Spirit urges us to prioritize:

1. To carry out a process of adaptation with hope.

Making an evaluation of our communities, works and apostolic tasks, in order to better respond to current needs; an adaptation that takes into account the sustainability of the universal Body.

2. Weaving networks of care based on affiliation and commitment to creation and to our brothers and sisters.

Welcoming the call to collaborate with others and actively participate in networks of care.
Joining with those who work for the most disadvantaged and for all those who are forced to move from their places of origin: migrants, refugees, displaced persons

Incorporating ourselves into a constant dynamic of personal, community and institutional conversion, for the care of the common home.

3. To be presence and hope in the peripheries of the world.

As Daughters of Jesus, we feel called to be present to our brothers and sisters who suffer in the geographical and existential peripheries. They are not only places or social situations, but spaces in which to incarnate the living presence of Christ.

4. To take care of the educational apostolic presences that evangelize and transform.

We want our apostolic presences to be spaces of evangelization and agents of social transformation, so that in each one of them “our own way of educating” is brought to life. Aware of the importance of education in building a more just and fraternal future, we continue to promote the Global Education Pact.

5. Awakening to the call to be Daughters of Jesus: a path to happiness and meaning.

With deep trust in the Lord, who continues to call young people to the Congregation, we encourage all provinces to strengthen with creativity and commitment projects and itineraries of explicit vocation ministry.

6. To weave together the dream of the Charismatic Family.

Advancing with determination in the clarification and understanding of what is implied in this longing, shared by the laity and Daughters of Jesus, to weave the dream of the Charismatic Family.
