In the last circular letter of the Provincial of Brazil-Caribbean, Dayse Agretti, FI informs us about the creation of a delegation of Schools and Educational Works: “Observing the number of schools and educational works existing in Brazil, the current historical situation of the country and the necessary help to the Provincial Superior to accompany and animate, I considered it appropriate to create a delegation for this purpose.”
Sônia Regina Rosa FI, who began her work last December 8th, feast of the Immaculate Conception, has been appointed as head of this new delegation. Its function will be to strengthen and maintain the proper way of proceeding of all our centers in the vast province of Brazil-Caribbean: “The delegate receives authority to exercise, on behalf of the Provincial Superior, some functions outlined in a statute that we elaborated for that delegation and was approved by the General Government.”
From the provincial team, the general team and the extended family of the Daughters of Jesus, we want to thank Sônia Regina for this new service that she has accepted, which we hope will be very fruitful.
