With great joy we celebrated the Easter of Resurrection of our Lord in Argentina and, together with this, the passage to the Novitiate of our Dominican novices Isairis del Carmen Valerio Domínguez, Madelyn María Núñez Domínguez and Gabriela Núñez Peralta.
At midday, we gathered in the chapel of the Novitiate house together with the sisters of the Chalet house and our Provincial Superior Dayse Agretti. Francisca Maria, the Mistress of Novices, began by sharing a few words that give meaning to what this stage is all about. It was a very special moment and full of gratitude to hear her request to be able to experience this stage of the novitiate. Then, we shared the text of the day and the resonances that the Lord gave to each one, accompanied by wishes and some petitions for our novices. After this, they were given our Constitutions and Directives, a Crucifix and the sign of the novitiate with the name of Jesus; and, between songs and hugs, we ended by welcoming them.
Blessed be God who with his resurrection fills us with joy and, together with our novices, allows us to celebrate this new stage with confidence, ready to love him and to announce his good news.
