Today we the Daughters of Jesus congratulate one another, and with good reason, for we celebrate the anniversary of the Foundation.
– 145 years at the service of the Church and of humanity
– 145 years of life surrendered in furrows of work, self-denial, obedience and hope …
– 145 years seeking the will of God, asking about what God and humanity ask for in each time and place …
– 145 years knowing ourselves as called to follow Jesus poor and humble.
– 145 years invited to seek God in all things and to love him in all of them.
– 145 years seeking with filial devotion the protection of the Most Holy Virgin, our Mother and Lady
– 145 years … following the path undertaken by Candida Maria de Jesus.
– 145 years ago … and today we continue to write a great story looking to the future, aware that the Spirit leads us to continue doing great things with us.
Congratulations, Daughters of Jesus, for all, here and there … a mutual greeting that comes to each of us through the union of hearts. And with the congratulation, a shared commitment: to pray for each other, to pray for the Congregation, and our Province in it, “to remain in its first vocation.”
May Mary Immaculate, a woman faithful to the mission entrusted to her by God, obtain for us from her Son the grace of spreading, living our own vocation, joy, serenity and happiness, and thus be able to raise the call in others.
