and it is our deepest identity
We are religious by vocation, daughters of Jesus, called “to resemble Jesus just as a son resembles his father,” and, as a result, sisters to all, sent into a world that hopes for and needs brotherhood and the witness of a life of self-giving.
Together with the laity, we are the Madre Cándida family.

The GCXIX Determination gathers what we feel God invites us to live today as Daughters of Jesus. It is a horizon and program of life born of listening, discernment and the desire to respond to the challenges of today’s world. It is a shared path to sow hope, build bridges and construct more humanity.
