Our Superior General, Graciela Francovig in her letter number 28, told us about the planning of the first part of the year which will be “an intense time of visits” with the following itinerary: Andean America, Philippines (first moment), Taiwan, Mozambique, Thailand, Dominican Republic, Philippines (second moment) and Vietnam.
The month of February started in Argentina visiting the International Novitiate in Córdoba.
Without changing the province but the country, the next destination has been Colombia, together with the General councilor, Thelma Barbarona. There, the community of Colegio Reina de la Paz, Floridablanca, transmits to us that:
We are “Rejoicing in the Lord” for the visit of our Mother General and her Councilor.
On Wednesday, February 8, in a significant ceremony, we welcomed the sisters to our educational community, amidst artistic expressions and endearing signs of affection, we transmitted the joy of our school, that lives every day the charism and legacy of the Holy Foundress Cándida María de Jesús. Likewise, it has been an opportunity for them to get to know our learning environments and interact with our children and young people from their daily experiences.
